Twist Bakery & Cafe

Twist Bakery & Cafe is a dedicated gluten free bakery and cafe in Millis, MA. They serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch, including sandwiches on their own house made bread, salads, and so much more. Dessert includes a seemingly endless list of treats, prepared right in house.  They also make custom cakes and cater parties of any size. All of their products are free from a long list of ‘no-no’s’, including gluten, peanuts and tree nuts.  They can also accommodate patrons who don’t eat dairy, soy, fish/shellfish, coconut, and eggs. Twist has quickly become a favorite spot in the state for celiac and allergic diners, and for good reason.  They’re opening a second location in Burlington, MA, in 2019. Yay!
