PERMANENTLY CLOSED Uncle Cheung’s in Framingham, MA is excellent and safe gluten free Chinese food. They take their kitchen food prep very seriously and have been serving celiac-safe Chinese food for 30 years.  Nearly every item on the menu can be made gluten free, including Lo Mein and Chow Mein! Yup – they do it with rice noodles, and they have a dedicated fryer as well. These guys have some really fun and unusual menu offerings that make a trip to Uncle Cheung’s more than worth it.
