Wang Palace in Glastonbury loves their gluten-free customers. They have GF soy sauce, and they are happy to cook with corn starch instead of flour for any dish, and can substitute rice breading for others. They even have steamed GF dumplings, both vegetarian and with shrimp. Yay and yum.
