Waterworks

Waterworks, located just outside of Burlington in Winooski, VT, has some great gluten free options for lunch, dinner, and brunch. And, they boast a great view of the Winooski River! Sandwiches on GF bread, pan roasted scallops, braised brisket, avocado toast, and flatbreads…these are just some of your GF choices at Waterworks. Be aware, though, that they are not a gluten free kitchen, and their GF flatbreads are unfortunately cooked in the same oven as their regular flatbreads.
