XO on Elm

XO Bistro deserves a big kiss. About 80% of the menu is gluten free, and they use dedicated gluten-free fryers. A self-described casually sophisticated wine bar, the menu is a beautiful combination of cultures, from Venezuelan style yuka sticks served with sauce, to handmade empanadas, hummus, stuffed dates, steak, risotto, sandwiches, and a slew of vegan items. There are even multiple gluten-free desserts, some vegan as well. They also cater, they do takeout, and they have a function room. Be sure to inform your server of your dietary needs.
